Elisabeth Boehm ou Böhm, ou Elisaveta Merkuryevna Bem (russo: Елизавета Меркурьевна Бём; (1843-1914) foi uma pintora russa,  proeminente autora de enorme sucesso de cartões postais na Rússia do século XIX.
Elisabeth nasceu em São Petersburgo no seio de uma nobre família russa de Endaurov (Эндауров) com origem em Tatar. Passou a infância na propriedade dos seus pais: Vila Schiptsy, Poshekhonsky uezd, Yaroslavl Governorate. Com 14 anos entra na Escola de Pintura da Sociedade de Promoção de Artistas (Школа Поощрения Художеств) aonde estuda com Ivan Kramskoi e Pavel Chistyakov. Em 1865 forma-se com a Grande Medalha de Prata. Teve aulas particulares com Kramskoi e estudou na Academia Imperial de Artes aonde foi premiada com uma medalha de Grande Incentivo pelas suas pinturas de animais.
Elisabeth pintou inúmeras aguarelas de crianças, e ilustrações para livros da Biblioteca Folk (Народная библиотека) tendo ilustrado algumas das obras de Leo Tolstoy. Também experimentou o vidro e a cerâmica. Pelas suas silhuetas, gravuras e obras de vidro, recebeu medalhas das feiras do mundo em Chicago de 1893, de Paris de 1900, Munique de 1902 e Milão de 1906 (medalha de ouro).

Ainda assim, ela é conhecida principalmente como uma das mais proeminentes autoras de cartões postais russos. Ela criou mais de 350 postais, a maioria dos quais foram impressos pela St. Eugenia Welfare Society (Благотоворительное Общество Святой Евгении). Criou um estilo reconhecível de cartões postais que representam crianças, rostos e silhuetas. De acordo com o estudo de Tretyakov e Gutterman ela foi o autor mais reimpresso de cartões postais do império russo.

Elisabeth was born in Saint Petersburg to a noble Russian family of Endaurov (Эндауров) that had a Tatar origin. She spent her childhood in the estate of her parents: village Schiptsy, Poshekhonsky uezdYaroslavl Governorate. At the age of 14 she entered the School of Painting at the Society for Promotion of Artists (Школа Поощрения Художеств) there she studied under Ivan Kramskoi and Pavel Chistyakov. In 1865 she graduated from the school with the Large Silver Medal. She took private lessons from Kramskoi and studied at the Imperial Academy of Arts there she was awarded a Large Encouragement Medal for her animal paintings.
Elisabeth painted many watercolors, illustrated children books of the Folk Library (Народная библиотека) series there she was introduced by Leo Tolstoy. She also experimented with glass and ceramics. For her SilhouettesEtchings and works of glass she received medals of the World Fairs in Chicago of 1893Paris of 1900Munich of 1902 and Milan of 1906 (gold medal).
Still she is mostly known as one of the most prominent Russian authors of postcards. She created more than 350 postcards.Most of her postcards were printed by the St. Eugenia Welfare Society (Благотоворительное Общество Святой Евгении). She has created a recognisable style of the postcards that depicts children faces and silhouettes. According to the study of Tretyakov and Gutterman she was the most reprinted author of postcards in the Russian empire.
